One interesting fact about you: I went to the same church as Arnold Palmer and Mr. Rodgers.

  • What are your favorite things about being in this major?
    • I like the connection to the real world and how internships help you get the experience you need.
  • What is the most interesting thing about your major?
    • The mock crime scenes.
  • Why did you want to pursue this major?
    • Both of my parents are in the criminal justice field.
  • How have your professors and/or staff helped you be successful?
    • They have helped me be successful as they are passing down their knowledge to me.
  • What skills and/or knowledge have you gained that you feel will help you be successful in your future career?
    • I’ve learned time management, photography, and how to be a team leader.
  • What are your career goals?
    • I would like to work in Crime Scene Investigation, Death Investigation, and Evidence Response.
  • What is your favorite place on campus?
    • The Lair Green and Hammocking there.
  • What is your most memorable moment at WVU?
    • My first WVU football game.
  • What is your favorite class and why?
    • Crime Scene because it’s what she wants to do and was learning a ton about it.
  • What experience or class taught you the most?
    • Fingerprinting because there’s so much more to it than you expect and it’s a big part of the field.
  • Why did you choose WVU?
    • The atmosphere, the program, and I fell in love with WVU when I stepped on campus.
  • What advice would you give to an incoming student in the same major?
    • Tough it out - the first few years may be rough, but it’s 100% worth it after that. We did it and so can you!
