Congratulations Class of 2023!!
The Department of Forensic and Investigative Science graduated 54 students during our May 2023 Commencement. Among our graduates we have two PhD graduates, Dr. Lauryn Alexander and Dr. Meghan Prusinowski. We also had three MS graduates, eleven Biology majors, six Chemistry majors and thirty-three Examination majors. Our faculty and staff are proud of the accomplishments of our graduates.
At West Virginia University they did not only get an academic degree, they became part of the Forensic family, they made new friends, interacted socially as a group, some fell in love and got engaged, and learned new skills, like how to pitch and putt in golf.
On behalf of all faculty and staff, we wish them all the best in the new chapter of their lives. I know they will make us Mountaineer Proud.
